Titan Heating & Cooling (formerly Feldman Heating)

Titan was the right selection for HVAC equipment and installation. I purchased a high efficiency furnace to replace my 40 year old furnace at a very inexpensive price compared to other manufacturer brands and dealers. Their workmanship was excellent paying attention to every little detail. They placed carpets down to protect my floors and did an incredible nice job neatly retrofitting replacement furnace and air filter. Furnace is working great and can hardly hear it when it’s running.

Absolute first class perfection. Cody spoke with me several times at length on the phone answering all my annoying questions. Then we set up an appointment for today and after some diagnostics etc I needed a new control panel ugh. He went and got the part and installed it answered more stupid questions I had and provided some thoughts on a new furnace. The final price for the part and labor was very fair and his personality and professionalism was outstanding!!

It was time to upgrade our central air system. I had many questions about the different options in today's market. Titan Heating & Cooling answered all my questions and I ultimately decided to upgrade to a heat pump system that would work in combination with my existing gas furnace. On the day of the installation, 2 installers showed up on time. They were extremely professional and worked diligently throughout the day. Once the installation was complete, they showed me their work, explained how the system worked and how to connect the thermostat to an app. I really appreciate all the extra work they did to cleaned up the previous central air installation and tied everything in with their heat pump installation. This left a nice clean installation. When they left it was like they weren't even there, because they cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely be recommending and calling Titan Heating & Cooling back for my HVAC needs.

Amazing company. They responded quickly and had a new furnace installed in under 24 hours. Very professional. Did an outstanding job from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

the repair to the radiant heat manifold resulted in or identified an apparent leak in the system. I have not yet found it and Sam wasn't able to find it either. My son and I will crawl around in the basement crawl space to see if we id a leak. The floors in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom were warm this morning and the kitchen was at the desired temp, so it appears that the radiant system is working well again, although the valve for one of the loops is stuck. I am particularly grateful and continue to be impressed by Sam (not sure his last name). He seems to know our system the best, all parts of it (boiler, minisplits, radiant). He has tremendous work ethic, refusing to give up until he fixes or at least stabilizes the problem. He stayed at our house long past dinner time trying to figure out what was causing the boiler to lose pressure.

I lost heat in the middle of the night on Thanksgiving. The next morning many places were closed or short staffed due to the holiday week. Titan was able to send someone out within an hour of my call. Cody came out and was able to get my heat back on in a timely manner. The pricing was very reasonable. Cody was so friendly and polite! I will definitely use their services in the future!

Very pleased with the work that was done. They were perfectionist in every way. Could not have asked for better results. The guys were great professionals.

Came earlier than expected, job was done in a timely manner and Cody was very courteous and thorough. Also, need to commend the secretary who answers the phone. She was very helpful and personable. Will recommend and do business with them again.
